Erinnerung an einen Sommer in Berlin (1972)

The film adopts a semi-documentary character to re-create the summer of 1936 in Berlin - the year of the Olympic Games. Included is some of Leni Reifenstahl's film of the Games, an actual reconstruction of the period, interviews with people from the period. Based on the writings of Thomas Wolfe.
