The scene where an alien leaves a legion of scorpions in a woman's hotel room is intense. The scorpions are shown crawling everywhere throughout the room and the woman fails to notice.

The appearance of the alien creatures may look pretty silly by today's standards but they are hideous and cruel and will probably frighten younger viewers.

The protagonist's synthetic face begins bubbling and melting off painfully. He manages to tear it free with the help of a waterfall. This scene is slightly disturbing.

A woman is shown dead after being stung by numerous scorpions. She is in a hideous twisted position.

The climax is extremely intense and surprising.
