The show contains sex and nudity that may be offensive. This includes explicit scenes of men and women having sex, masturbating or nude, children or images of children in sexual situations, and many realistic dildos, cut outs or statues with penises.

In the episode "Drugs", a drug addict is seen in a room violently having an attack of some sort.

Very strong, persuasive language is used all throughout the series. "Fuck" is said a lot, alongside other words like "Shit" and "Twat" being as frequent, if not more so. There are also many puns and one-liners like "Fucknut" and "Arsecandle".
