This is a Disney movie.

Susie and her boyfriend's death in the beginning is tragic and somewhat disturbing. They are hit by another car on their way to the prom and their car shoots through the guardrail of a bridge, then stays suspended over the water for a moment. Inside the car, Susie's boyfriend doesn't move and she is barely conscious; both have a little blood on their heads and it's clear they're not going to make it. She takes his hand as the car slips from the broken rail and falls into the river.

Some stupid drunk teens are tearing around in a car while chugging alcohol and laughing. They end up crashing into another car and killing the passengers.
