The "graphic sex scene" is quite tame, all nudity is buttock only and there is no explicitly shown sexual acts.

A man is seen eating a severed and cooked human arm. No gushing blood. Skeletal bones are visible, with a decent amount of flesh having been eaten off.

None of the violence is graphic or gory but quite shocking and intense when it happens, enhanced by the film's soundtrack.

The movie has a very surreal and otherworldly vibe that ties into its themes of existentialism and mortality. Not super frightening or intense, but not a very conventional movie.
