The Man with the Perfect Swing (1995)

Indebted middle-aged former pro baseball player Anthony "Babe" Lombardo needs to find a way to get the IRS off his case. When he comes up with a unique golf swing, this gives him a few ideas how to cash it in, mostly bad ones.
