Full rear female nudity, and female breast nudity are shown a few times, once in a sexual intercourse scene between John and Karen. There are many scenes with full male rear nudity and near full frontal nudity. Several full frontal nude photos of women litter one cell floor. A male-male rape scene is depicted, with no nudity. Severe violence, sexual situations, nudity and language .

It's extremely violent - bloody, gory and graphic. Two men are blown to bits. One man has a hole blown through him. Another man's stomach blast out from inside.
