At the end of the movie, countless sparrows rip the flesh off a man and pluck out one of his eyes, in a rather long and gruesome sequence. The man's body is literally destroyed, and only his bloody skeleton remains. Very graphic and disturbing.

During a surgery sequence a young boys skull is being opened, a blinking eye ball can be seen between his brain. It is told that the boy has an undeveloped parasitic twin.

The scene where many sparrows devour a man's body is very intense and gory.

The whole movie is about the murderous alter-ego of a man.
