Tram-tararam, ili Bukhty-barakhty (1993)

The hero of the movie - the reckless cheerful guy, such Ivan the Fool whose jokes aren't always harmless for people around. Trying to realize itself, he passes not a direct way from the unfortunate painter to the businessman, and, eventually, finds in himself talent of the animator inventor.
