There is no actual sex in the film, but there are some scenes of nudity, including both male and female full frontals.

A Baby is seen being operated on with part of his face being peeled down to gain access to the brain.

The whole film is based on violence and tons of gore. All of the scenes contain dead people, or horribly mutilated bodies of animals and humans. There are many scenes of suicide, car accidents, and torture, all of which is 100% real. There are real dead bodies and also some animal cruelty is shown.

Photos of people's attempted suicides or graphic deaths are shown, including a picture of a person's destroyed leg.

A pig being tortured by being set on fire alive, we see and hear the pig cry and squeal. Incredibly horrifying

Many autopsies are shown in full graphic detail with the camera lingering on every detail.

The removal of a person's brain is shown, seeing them cut open the man's head, and examine his brain.

Auto accidents and racing accidents are shown with graphic outcomes

A INCREDIBLY GRAPHIC Male to Female sex change surgery we see the patient have her testicles removed, and her penis removed and a vagina created. Note This footage is outdated and therefore the procedure is conducted in a way that is not practiced anymore. Nevertheless still gruesome and disgusting.

Budd Dwyer's famous live suicide is featured in this as well. Showing him shooting himself and blood gushing out of his nose like crazy.

At one point. the narrator refers to the audience as Kiddies in a rather crude way.

There are some scenes where the narrirator will use swear words. Including the 'F' word upon other swear words.

The whole film is incredibly bleak, graphic, and revolting. The fact that all the footage is 100% real makes it even more horrifying to watch.

The Sex Change scene is probably the most alarming moment in the whole film, not only is the surgery disgusting and disturbing, but the doctors act careless as they preform the surgery.
