In a flashback, a man and woman enter a barn and have sex. They are seen kissing passionately as he runs his hands up and down her torso and breasts.

The villain teases the lead female with crude sexual comments, even mentioning "hanky-panky."

A man goes into a brothel. A prostitute walks towards the bed in a thong. She lies on the bed and her breasts are visible. She gives him a condom saying, "No glove, No love." The man, unsure as to what it is, tries to eat it. He approaches her, rips off her thong, and it looks like they are having sex.

A graphic sex scene of a man and woman having sex, woman's breasts with erect nipples are shown. Man puts his mouth on her left breast. Then he pulls off her thong and her pubic hair is shown. He puts his hand in her crotch. Woman is seen totally nude, as she is on top of man, having sex and her butt is shown.

A man is killed via guillotine during the French Revolution.

A security guard is killed by the antagonist off screen.

A man gets decapitated and his head speaks for a few moments before dying. There is no blood and this scene feels very silly despite trying to be serious.

At the beginning, the villain Kane and his henchmen slaughter an entire village of people.

Conner slices Kane in half during their final battle, but Kane laughs and puts himself back together.

Conner cuts off Kane's head. It bobbles around on his neck before falling off and bouncing down surrounding steps. His decapitated body falls over and undulates a bit before going stiff. Probably the most graphic kill in the Highlander Film Series.
