A man and a woman are naked in a cemetery. The woman is sitting on a step and it is implied that the man kisses her genitals briefly but it is not visible. He then gets on top of her and as she lies down her breasts are visible. Then the woman gets on top and rubs her breasts against the man's chest. Then a zombie arrives to interrupt them.

after the zombie interrupts the man stands up with the girl in his arms and you can see his penis for a moment.

Zombies are frequently shot in the head. Several shots of zombies getting their heads chopped down the middle.

Scenes where zombies bite humans (tearing away flesh).

Innocent living people also violently murdered (shots to the head... copious blood).

A graphic motorcycle crash sequence (quite gory).

It's a pretty violent movie overall.
