A man ruthlessly beats up a woman after she threatens to leave him for a better life, the beating lasts for about thirty seconds, later the woman's friend encounters the beaten and unconscious woman, she appears bloodied and swollen and even has a black eye until the woman is taken to a hospital. It is mentioned that later on in the film she dies from her injuries.

Some pimps are seen and mentioned to hit the prostitutes. Even the women's faces are seen bloodied and beaten.
