The entire beginning of the movie are sequences of Ethan Hawke's character seeing/following Teri Polo around town and at the beach.

We see Teri Polo in a bikini several times as Ethan Hawke remembers/dreams about her at the beach.

A flower delivery man is upset at his tip and throws flowers at a convertible with the people he thinks wronged him. He screams, "Fuck her with these" twice, as he throws flowers at them.

Ethan Hawke's character watches Teri Polo's character through a telescope and into her home day and night in a peeping Tom/voyeuristic situation.

It's implied that a man gets hit by a train and killed, however he see him later in the movie.

There is a character mixed up with a Chinese gang, and there is blood and at least one dead body throughout the movie, but nothing terribly graphic.
