Some drunk bikers take over a diner, the owner rubs wine on him like lotion to scare them away.

Snakes

One scene is particular intense as the main character (who has asthma) finds out this girl does just pity him. On the verge of tears he runs away, soon stops winded, tries to get his inhaler out but smashes it in his frantic state. He sobs off into a fantasy where he's on table with chains wrapped around his chest with the enemy saying he'll squeeze his lungs out. The enemy also punches Norris a few times in the face. When he comes to he's in an ambulance on the way to the hospital and turns out fine (just needs a day or two to rest)

Other fantasies and karate fights might be a bit intense but not as bad as the one mentioned above.
