Nothing major, mostly just lots of shirtless guys.

A number of brutal fight scenes throughout, some of which end with graphic, gory fatalities such as a ripped-out heart, throat mutilations, and a gruesome arm-breaking.

Maybe 2 or 3 uses of the f-word, as well as a bit of other milder language, as well as a couple uses of "faggot" in one scene.

A little drinking here and there.

Some of the fight scenes are intense and pretty brutal. The occasional graphic death scenes may be a bit much for more sqeamish viewers.
