At the beginning of the film, it goes to show the character of the Yakuza. Besides seen of weapon smuggling, etc. There is a brief sex scene between a woman and a yakuza.

There is a scene where Suzuki and his assistant go to a gang house to complete a deal with a head yakuza. There we see a young yakuza getting punished for not following the rules and gets his pinky finger cut off. Although you don't see it happen, you see his hand and blood everywhere, while the boss explains how they cut off the finger.

Most the time when the Yakuza speak there is an "F" word,definitely 30+ "F" words. Lower frequency of any other swear words, but they all do appear.

A majority of the movie there is drinking or smoking by either yakuza, hotel guests or employees.
