Peter Loew is seen smoking cigarettes throughout. People are shown drinking alcohol in a nightclub. Some characters are portrayed as being drunk.

The film is vampire themed. Peter Loew is shown as mentally ill and has erratic behaviour which may scare some people. Peter Loew is threatened with a gun and shots are fired. A woman is chased twice. The appearance of a vampire and characteristics may frighten some people.

Some viewers may find the film exceptionally disturbing, interpreting it less as a dark horror-themed comedy and more as a creepy portrait of a descent into madness.
