Nashville Beat (1989)

LAPD lieutenant Mike Delaney, still hurting after the lost of his wife, tracks a dangerous gang leader to Nashville. There he teams up with his old partner, Brian O'Neal, and the Nashville PD to stop a growing gang problem and catch its instigator.
