At the cottage, April is rubbing ointment on her back when Casey forces her into a chair and begins to massage her, causing her to audibly moan. She is visibly not wearing a bra in this scene.

Rapheal is jumped and beaten up on the rooftop of April's apartment leading to being tossed through a skylight and being put in a coma for a portion of the film. He wakes up ok later but the fight itself is very intense and the uncertainty of his recovery could be scary for young viewers.
