A drug lord is eviscerated by a rival gang in a sacrificial voodoo ritual, and his heart is cut out from his body. The film shows the knife enter his torso but the camera cuts away at the point where his heart is removed with only a brief blurry view from the side of what's going on, and you can't see anything else, only the guy holding his heart after the deed is done (which is hidden mostly as well).
