No male or female graphical nudity in movie. No sex scenes either, just some comedic references, sexual innuendos, crude gags and endless cleavage from Elvira.

During the intro credits, Elvira stops at a gas-station to wash her car-windshield with a wet rag, while dry-wiping it off with her large chest. When she drives away, she drops a hotdog with mustard on her cleavage and the shot focuses on her chest.

Two jokes about "blow jobs". One directly mentioned by a man to sexually harass Elvira. Another when a guy asks how Elvira's head is, only for her to reply "haven't had any complaints yet".

In one scene, the character Elvira hooks a "rival" in the face. This causes her rival's pointed breast-props to fly off as she covers her actual bare but flat breasts with her hands.

Some men would attempt to grope Elvira in a few scenes, most of the time they leer at her.

The final scene is of Elvira dancing in a burlesque show in Vegas, wearing three different skimpy outfits. Cleavage and buttocks (via underwear) are seen. The scene lasts for several minutes and is intended to be somewhat sexy as well as funny. The finale includes her spinning the tassels on her bra by wiggling her breasts. She makes funny faces as she does this and it's clearly meant to be silly.
