Two characters attempt to have sex but are thwarted by their injuries.

Sexual noises are heard in a couple of scenes, but no one is seen.

The main theme of the film is a game which resembles American Football, but far more brutal and uncontrolled. Characters fight quite roughly and are often badly injured. Several scenes of graphic limb-snapping. In one scene, a woman bites a man's ear off, with quite a bit of blood. All the main characters are heavily scarred.

Occasional use of "fuck" and "shit".
