The movie is based around a woman who was gang-raped. There are constant references to this throughout the movie.

A woman is seen running out of a bar screaming; her top is ripped, briefly revealing her breasts. We later hear she was raped. The victim then is shown being photographed, questioned, processed and having a pelvic examination with no explicit nudity.

There are some sexual references. Sexually suggestive advertising is seen on the pinball machine. Also, gay slurs were used to egg on a man into joining the gang rape.
