A man gets attacked by bugs who sever his arm below the elbow. Blood is shown, but not very graphic.

Bugs attack various animals. Bloody and arguably most gruesome.

A man's body is taken over buy bugs that cause it to (very bloodily) come apart, then mutate somehow into a giant man/roach monster.

The man/roach monster rips a woman's arm off and kills her.

There are a lot of frightening scenes in this movie as multiple animals get killed and mutilated and horrifying body mutations.
