The scene where Anne-Marie overhears Charlie telling Itchy that he is "using the girl" and Anne-Marie breaks down yelling "You're a bad dog!" is very unsettling and thematically emotional.
The ending may be emotional for viewers who are coping with the death of a pet and what makes it even more poignant is the fact that Anne-Marie's voice actress died shortly after this film was made.
When Carface finds out that Charlie is still alive and comes up with a plan (with Killer) to kill him, his face morphs into the Devil. This may be frightening to small children.
Carface neglects and verbally abuses Anne-Marie causing her to break down crying, this maybe upsetting for some viewers.
Anne-Marie (for whatever reason) comes down with a lung infection, which consequently involves her coughing HELLISHLY.
Later a large demon is shown waiting to collect the dog and calling it, but it is chased away by an "angel".
