The Abyss (1989)

Around the 2:27:00 mark, a man in the lower left corner of the screen suddenly pulls another man's shorts down, revealing his buttocks. The man pulls his shorts back up within 2 seconds. But it's a distracting moment, in what is intended to be a serious scene.

In the beginning a submarine crashes and everyone drowns, although this is not explicitly shown.

Pressure causes a small underwater vehicle to implode with a man inside. Not graphic.

The film depicts a brutal fight between three men. One has a gun and knife, the other a large pipe. The man with the knife receives a bloody gash on his temple, and the man with the pipe a bloody scrape on his forehead. At one point one man tries to strangle the other, but fails. There is some hand-to-hand combat before he escapes.

Divers go into a ship filled with several dead bodies floating around in the water. We see a crab crawl out of one of their mouths. The divers recoil at this horrific sight, but are reminded that they were forewarned to expect this.
