The 1986 film version of the theatrical production "Dead End Kids" which premiered on November 11, 1980, and was presented by Joseph Papp at The Public Theater, NYC. Conceived and directed by JoAnne Akalaitis with assistant director Chas Cowing and music by Philip Glass.
