Very early in the film when Arion is still a young boy (probably 6-8) we see him naked and can see his penis. While he runs around and fights when he is young we can see up his tunic several times and can see his genitalia.

A couple of scenes throughout where we can see groups of topless women.

Decent amounts of bloody violence, every time some one is hit with a sword you can see a flash of red blood.

Arion slices Cerberus in half, we see one half of its body twitching and it bleeds green.

Lots of people die in this film, and it is consistently violent.
