Several scenes contain topless and full frontal female nudity, including a few sex scenes.

A woman gets beaten and raped, then impaled on a bunch of spikes.

Some men viciously fight each other, one of whom gets his knee smashed with a baseball bat.

A man gets obliterated by fireballs; not graphic.

A man gets pushed off a roof; he spits up some blood on impact and is seen dead in a pool of blood.

A person's spine splits out of their back; lots of blood with closeups of the exposed spine.

Some smoking and drinking.

Numerous disturbing, gross, and gory moments abound including the rape mentioned above, reverse necrophilia, rotting corpses, hallucionations of characters throwing up worms or eating brains, and the chaotic, gory finale. Not awfully intense, but definatley not for viewers who easily get freaked or grossed out.
