Unfinished Business (1984)

Seventeen year old Isabelle Marks lives in Toronto with her divorced mother and finds her life directionless. Isabelle becomes involved with an anti-nuclear group that her boyfriend Jessie 'Fixit' is connected with and is arrested at a demonstration.
