Pappa och himlen (1981)

When Edvin Berglund becomes a widower, his life falls apart and he can no longer support himself. His daughters, Märit and Ulla, try in different ways to take care of him. But the demands that husbands and children and work place on them make the task too difficult. Finally, they have to place their father in a retirement home and sell the old childhood home.
