A detached hand is seen. A woman's head is crushed with a rock offscreen. We see her face afterwards and it is completely reconstructed. A man has acid put up his nose which makes his face melt. A human heart is found. People are stabbed. Dead peoples' faces and fingers are seen cracking.

Many frightening scenes where people are being chased and killed.. It managed to create and sustain sheer terror and creepiness from start to finish, aided by sudden and savage images of violence and eerie score. Opening scene is disturbing.
