The Neighborhood Thief (1982)

The honest worker Robeto lives in a neighborhood but leads a double life. He is also the boss of a gang of thieves who make him believe he is a mobster gang member and the worker is his twin brother. A girl arrives in the neighborhood and he falls in love with her.
