Rocky faces a wrestler in a charity event. Wrestling moves are used on Rocky, yet he never seems to be in extreme pain or shows cuts or bruising. Rocky is thrown out the ring. He then uses his bare knuckles to hit the wrestler, and then throws him. Both men are relatively uninjured after the fight.

The first boxing match between Clubber and Rocky is brutal. Rocky hits Clubber but he shows no pain. Clubber comes back and brutally beats Rock, causing cuts across his face. In the next round he is knocked out.

In the rematch, Rocky and Clubber both beat each other, with some blood.
