A woman's dead body is taken from a car trunk, unrolled from it's covering and thrown off a cliff. The body is later discovered by a couple but not shown in graphic detail

A woman is held against her will in a stronghold and has some of her hair cut off by her attacker which distresses her.

A man is struck by a woman with a large rock, but does not cause a graphic wound.

A woman shoots a man with a harpoon gun, but is not graphic.

The main character works at a bar, where many characters and extras are seen smoking and/or drinking.

The telephone stalker uses a breathy, whispering voice to disguise himself and whilst on the phone describes past horrors he has committed and ones he intends to commit - some may find the concept of such phone calls unsettling.

There is a scene early on where a man breaks into a woman's home whilst she is showering. After he is disturbed, a point of view shot is shown of him still watching the home after the police have left.

The climax of the film is quite intense, with the main character receiving several threatening phone calls at work from the stalker and her not knowing which of the people in her vicinity it might be.
