Joanna Lumley's character takes a mud bath and then showers it off; her breasts are momentarily visible.

A short scene has minor female character Juleta Shane begin to strip Sleigh in a darkened hotel; no intense nudity, but Sleigh's underwear are chest visible for a period of time. Juleta also appears to not be wearing any underwear (her lower region is instead covered with a long bedshirt).

During the prologue, a guy is shot in the back and killed. No blood.

Dreyfus is knocked off the balcony and into a pond below; he's seen in bandages for a majority of the film. This instinct happens two other times.

The title sequence drips blood; the knife hits a wall missing the Pink Panther's head, who retracts the weapon to cut open a letter and the wall begins to bleed until it fills the screen.

The film's HBO rating, for some reason, is R (for: Adult Content, Adult Language, Brief Nudity, Mild Violence and Rape.) But the film itself is actually fairly tame apart from a few this and thats.
