A couple-O'Brien's mother and her (newest) boyfriend are carousing in a bathtub while drunk. Both are nude but no nudity is shown.

A very brief view of O'Brien's rear end as he gets up after lying nude under covers with his girlfriend.

A young prisoner is raped by an older prisoner. This occurs mostly off-screen but we hear his muffled screams.

Another prisoner is described as being incarcerated for raping a 14-year-old girl over a two-day period.

It is implied that a girl is raped. The camera shows a bit of the girls legs, she's wearing a skirt. Fully clothed while she gets raped by a young man that is also fully clothed. He gets on top of the girl and the scene ends. The movie goes back to this scene, where the guy gets up but no nudity is shown.

Two scenes take place in a shower room, and both have male nudity. The nudity is a shot from behind, not frontal.

O'Brien does a "smash & grab" of a woman's purse in her car when it stops at a traffic light, then assaults a man who chased him into an alley, leaving a bloody wound on the man's forehead. Both of these crimes are to obtain money for a "rod" (firearm).

A shootout erupts in a street, leaving several characters dead and another shootout, drive-by style, occurs later.

O'Brien is seen with a severely cut and scarred face after the accident. This condition remains for some time.

O'Brien beats two other prisoners with a pillow case full of Coke cans. They are seen with bloody faces afterwards.

A man is killed in a drive-by shooting. We see his bloody corpse.
