Ashanti (1979)

A woman strips and swims nude. A young boy is taken off into the bushes by a man and screams moments later, rape is implied.

A helicopter crashes into a river after the pilot is shot in the chest (some blood shown). The helicopter then explodes. A man is stabbed in the waist. He shakes tremulously in pain before dying. A man is shot in the ankles and left to die in the desert (blood is shown. Very brutal) .People are shot and stabbed violently throughout the course of the story.

The film deals with elements of slavery and is very disturbing and intense throughout. A man is strangled via a voodoo-like ritualistic bone, very disturbing and bloody.
