Malibu Beach (1978)

A man is kissing and groping a woman under a blanket in daylight on a public beach. A kid steals their blanket, revealing that the woman is topless.

A mixed group of young men and women goes skinny dipping on a public beach at night. We see their bared breasts and buttocks.

In two scenes, a couple make out on a beach at night, topless. We see both of their chests clearly. One of these scenes is followed by one of the same beach at dawn, with the same couple wrapped in a blanket.

A young couple peel off their clothes as they climb a set of stairs up to the young woman's bedroom. They remove everything except their panties/briefs. We see them making out on the young woman's bed. Intercourse is implied.
