A brief sex scene restricted to mid-chest and above. Protagonist and woman are seen post-coital naked in bed where his chest and her nipples briefly visible. A few kissing bits as well as a few other references.

Corky tells Peggy that her breasts belong in a museum in Paris.

Duke and Peggy have a violent fight about her supposedly having sex with Corky. He shouts out "did you screw Corky?" and "did you fuck him?"

Fats' verbal opinion on Peggy is "brains as well as boobs."

When Peggy picks up Fats, he pants like a dog, moans sexually, tells her to fondle the levers that control his mouth, calls her a bimbo and when she puts her hand in the dummy to control the eyes and mouth, Corky makes him shout "ooh, she goosed me!"

There are three reasonably bloody deaths.

Fats is very violent and crass, mostly towards Corky; he often swears at him, orders him to do terrible things and makes fun of him in a sadistic and cruel way, though in the beginning of the film he is more like Corky's imaginary friend.

Corky grabs Ben Greene's shoulder. Ben screams and shouts out "no! never raise a hand to me again!"

Peggy and Duke get into an argument. Duke gets abusive and violent and nearly hits her.

Fats is seen with his head cracked open, moaning that he can't think properly.

There are a few killings in this film as well as a few other intense moments. The whole manner of Corky having multiple personality disorder could be a little frightening for some viewers.
