Return of the Tiger (1977)

Shrewd and suave Chang Wong, and his redoubtable female partner, devise an elaborate plan to take out a heroin drug ring led by the flatulent and nefarious Paul. Wong also works for a rival dope-dealing organization in order to further stir things up.
