Mild violence and blood.
Macbeth and Lady Macbeth have blood on their hands after killing Duncan, but this is not very gory, and it is essential to the story.
Banquo is seen with a tiny bit of blood on his head after being murdered
Lady MacDuff's child is stabbed by the murderers. Lady MacDuff screams and some blood is seen spilling out of his the child's back. The murderers then slit her throat. This is probably the most violent scene in the movie and is somewhat disturbing, but it is not overly graphic.
