French Fried Vacation 2 (1979)

A man makes a dream in which he stabs his ski instructor with his ski stick.

A woman have her arm dislocated after falling off her skis, Jérôme (who is a doctor) asks his friends to hit her with a ski stick so that she doesn't think about her injury anymore (which doesn't work). Jérôme then manages to put her bone back in the right place with a loud bone cracking sound, which causes her to scream in pain.

Jérôme swears at his wife after losing at a ski contest, however he doesn't swear in the english subtitles.

Two people drink wine off-screen. One of them gets drunk and makes a dream in which he stabs the other.

Most of the skiers are forced to eat some cheese partially made out of wood alcohol, and all of them drink an extremely strong shallot liquor with a dead toad inside.

A man gets stabbed in a dream, but no blood is shown. The man scares the stabber by appearing in his dream a second time for waking him up.
