Both Sarge and Joe Taylor display erratic, mentally ill behavior. Taylor basically commits suicide by getting Sandy to blow both him and the alien up in front of the shack. Sarge's mentioned traumatic experiences as a Vietnam vet might frighten or disturb some viewers.
