Przed odlotem (1980)

A story of a biologist working on an anti-cancer serum against all kinds of odds from officials about him in the institute. The young doctor believes he is on the right track but the tests on humans have not been carried out yet. He comes down with cancer himself and takes the medicine, only to die in spite of the promising results in his own unusual case of the disease.
