I think this is the Bond movie with the highest body count of all. However, it is still considered suitable for all audience in several countries, for a reason. You can see this in the Clasification section in this parents guide. G in Ireland, even if it was raised later to PG, which probably don't make extremely big difference, Apt in Argentina etc. In UK it's a PG, which means that everyone can watch, but the smallest ones might require adult supervision.
