She rubs her breasts with soap, the second scene shows 2 lesbians making out while a dog walks through the set. One of the women rubs the other womans breast.

A woman, while still alive, has her leg cut off with a hack saw. An abundance of blood spray and gory aftermath. Her face is also lacerated multiple times before this ensues. Meanwhile in a state of shock she's is subjected to further torture and mutilation. The end result being disembowelment.

The film is full of sequences of disturbing behavior and all of the main characters (who are either a rapist, junkie, prostitute, or all three) look scary as hell. They are covered in pimples, sores, and acne. The film is about their collaborative effort in making snuff films. The music in the film is very dark, creepy, and atmospheric. The look of the film is hideous and very rough, and at times it seems like there is gunk on the camera lens. The entire film just has a really dark, depressing, slimy, gritty, ugly, and horrible. As a result, the film really feels like a bunch of perverted creeps got together and made a snuff movie. The film just has that feel to it.
