Naples. Don Gennaro, mobster of the Sanità district and king of cigarette smuggling, is on course with Don Giggino, who has just returned to the city after a long stay in Milan. With the support of criminal organizations in Northern Italy, Don Giggino would like to expand the drug market in the city; Gennaro's clear refusal triggers a war between the two.
