French Quarter (1978)

Topless dancers (in pasties and g-strings) relatively early in the movie. A dance routine later n the movie reveals full breasts and nipples and a very skimpy thong a lot of see-through clothing and general toplessness in the brothel scenes. a voodoo ritual mid-way through the movie involves an extended topless scene.
